Shipping Your Element(s)
I CANNOT STRESS IT ENOUGH HOW IMPORTANT IT IS TO FULLY READ YOUR INVOICE EMAIL BEFORE SENDING YOUR CHOSEN ELEMENT!
TOO MANY TIMES, WE RECIEVE ELEMENT PACKAGES THAT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED OR HAVE LEAKED DUE TO NOT BEING PACKAGED CORRECTLY.
BELOW IS ONLY AN EXAMPLE OF WHAT YOUR EMAIL WILL CONTAIN AND TO GIVE YOU AN IDEA OF HOW YOU WILL NEED TO SEND YOUR ELEMENT TO BE INCOORPERATED WITH YOUR PURCHASE. THE OFFICIAL EMAIL SENT HAS BEEN UPDATED AND MAY BE A LITTLE DIFFERENT THAN LISTED BELOW!

Safe Packaging details:
Dry elements -
please place your dry elements SEPERATE(if there are more than one type of element) in double seal zip lock bags.(ex. If you are sending hair AND umbilical capsule, each element will get their our zip lock baggies) Then place in a second double seal zip lock bag and CLEARLY label what piece that element will be used for (if it is for multiple pieces, please list all pieces) label should be on the SECOND(outer) zip bag. Place in a bubble mailer (usually can use a small size from dollar store or local post office.) (If you are able to print your receipt and place in mailer with your element, this will help keep processing fast and efficient) include any additional special instructions for each or all elements and place inside mailer.
Breast milk -
PLEASE bring breast milk to room temperature BEFORE packaging! This is important to prevent condensation from ruining/weakening the mailer. Please place breast milk in ONE collective double seal breast milk storage bag (up to 4 ounces). This should be rolled and placed inside a SECOND double seal breast milk storage bag and then placed inside normal a DOUBLE zip lock bag. (I know this seems like overkill BUT we want to make sure every drop arrives safely at our door to ensure we have enough to work with.) DO NOT USE sliding zip bags OR single zip bags for they do not contain liquids. Please make sure you use breast milk storage for your first two bags, any other bags ALWAYS leak and you risk not having enough left for me to work with and will require for you to send more. Now, the triple bagged breast milk (no more than 4oz per mailer or there is more chance it will leak!) should be placed in a BUBBLE mailer (usually can use a small size from dollar store or local post office.) (If you are able to print your receipt and place in mailer with your milk, this will help keep processing fast and efficient) include any additional special instructions that was not already indicated in order inside the mailer.

You will receive an email with our address included after you make your purchase!
PLEASE MAKE SURE THE FULL NAME ON THE ORDER AND YOUR ORDER NUMBER IS INCLUDED INSIDE THE MAILER. IF WE DO NOT KNOW WHO'S PACKAGE IT IS, WE DO NOT HAVE A WAY OF TRACKING IT DOWN UNTIL YOU CONTACT US.
Once you've properly packed your element it's time to send it off! Whatever type of elements you are using, you will need to send them from your local US POSTAL SERVICE. They will need to weigh your items. DO NOT just throw a few stamps on it and drop it off. We are not responsible for additional postage and do not have a way of knowing who's package it is if that does happen to be able to contact you. YOU MUST TAKE IT TO BE WEIGHED. You can use what ever type of postage you prefer HOWEVER, do not choose anything that requires a signature or pickup (I cannot guarantee we will be in studio or be able to go in town to get your package from the post office). Our mail person needs to be able to leave it on our porch (we have a mail basket she can leave them in the shade and out of view). IF your package contains milk, you have to tell them it contains liquid when you purchase postage (it is not something they usually ask, you have to provide the information).
