Cancellation and Return Policy

Our pieces are custom made and one of a kind! We follow any special instructions as best as possible and stay in contact with you if there are any questions.

Therefore ALL purchases are final!

We do not accept Cancellations or Returns due to our designs being custom made to your specifications.  All supplies and metal bases are acquired specifically for your orders being placed and, therefore, we do not accept cancellations. 

IF you happen to need to change your personalization or element, you MUST contact us within 48 hours of purchase! Otherwise, your order will be made as ordered!

If you have a problem with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate, though it is not guaranteed. 

Orders are valid for ONE year after purchase! Therefore, once you place an order, you MUST send in your element for it to be received and checked into our system(Admin days are Mondays and Fridays) within ONE year of your purchase date! IF you do not send in your elements for your order to be created, you voluntarily forfeit and abandon your order AND payment!
