After purchase, an automated email will be sent to you. This will include your confirmation# receipt as well as detailed instruction explaining how to safely package and send your element.

Please read through all instruction and package your element(s) correctly! It is of the utmost importance that you follow these instructions so that your element(s) are handled properly and arrive in tact. We are not responsible for damaged contents.

We are NOT responsible for anything that happens to your package during transit!

Our studio address will be sent within the automated email along with receipt after purchase!

If you do not see a design you have in mind, we absolutely take custom orders! This goes for sizes as well!

Simply fill out the Custom Order Request Form and we will get a custom order started for you!

Typically we will send you some options within 3-5 business days that meet your criteria!

What is a Prototype???

PROTOTYPES ARE HIGHLY DISCOUNTED BRAND NEW DESIGNS AND AVAILABLE AT LIMITED QUANTITIES! PURCHASING A PROTOTYPE MEANS YOU ARE HELPING US OFFER NEW DESIGNS WHILE IN RETURN, YOU ARE GETTING "FIRST DIBS" AT HALF THE PRICE OR MORE! THE TURN AROUND TIME IS ALSO ABOUT HALF OF OUR CURRENT APPROXAMATE TIME-FRAMES. THESE ORDERS ARE FILLED AFTER HOURS ALLOWING US TO POST OUR NEW DESIGNS SOONER AND NOT EFFECT OUR OTHER CUSTOMER'S ORDERS. BY PURCHASING A PROTOTYPE YOU UNDERSTAND THAT THESE ARE ALL BRAND NEW, AND THEREFORE, DO NOT HAVE AN EXAMPLE PHOTO OF WHAT THE END PRODUCT WILL LOOK LIKE. ALL ORDERS ARE FINAL, INCLUDING PROTOTYPES. THIS IS PARTIALLY WHY THEY ARE DISCOUNTED. REST ASSURED, WE WILL NOT SEND YOU A DESIGN THAT IS NOT UP TO OUR STANDARDS. YOU ALSO AGREE TO EMAILING AN HONEST REVIEW WITH PHOTO ONCE YOU RECIEVE YOUR ORDER. PROTOTYPES ARE TO BE PURCHASED SEPERATE FROM ANY OTHER LISTINGS.

Every element that we work with is unique in it's own way!

For some examples... Breast milk comes in all different hues from yellow to almost clear and with different consistencies! Hair, of course, differs in countless ways! and so on!

In addition to your unique elements, all designs are handmade from our metal smiths all the way down to each element stone, setting, and (depending on the design) braiding, stamping and glazing.

Therefore, we consider all of our orders to be ONE OF A KIND! and may vary in character from the listing photos because of these differences!

In order to incorporate an element such as breast milk, it must go through a preservation process in order to keep its color and not go bad within the design. 

There are several options we offer as it pertains to personalization.

ALL of our designs INCLUDE ONE color of either shimmer or glitter! ANY additional colors will need to be purchased as an add-on.

These options can be found for reference in our "Add-ons" section of our shop!

If you do NOT chose to personalize your designs with any of our colored shimmers or glitters, your element(s) will be set in clear resin!

All of our orders are shipped via USPS and automatically INCLUDE $100 in insurance!

If you would like to add extra insurance, please contact us BEFORE ordering to see what your options are! We are able to, in most cases, add extra insurance for a few more dollars!
