Approximate turn around times are 8-10 business weeks.

We are working very hard to exceed our estimated creation time, however, due to the holidays and an inflation in orders, all time frames are approximate. Each order takes time to carefully create a beautiful keepsake for you! We promise it will be worth the wait!

Turn around time STARTS when we receive your elements and is why we send an update once elements are checked in.

Estimated turn around time may change between the time of placing your order and us receiving your element package.
